How to Make Miso Soup with Udon Noodles in 15 Minutes

🔹 Step 1 – Prepare the Aromatic Base

Bring vegetable broth or water to a boil in a medium pot. Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Simmer gently for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
