Sa Giang Unfried Prawn Crackers 200g – Vietnamese snack

These Vietnamese prawn crackers are sold in raw form and must be deep-fried before eating. When fried, they puff up in seconds and become light, crispy, and full of prawn flavor. Perfect as a snack with drinks, an appetizer, or a side to Asian dishes.

Preparation: Heat oil to 170–180 °C and fry each piece for 2–3 seconds until puffed. Remove onto paper towel to drain excess oil and serve immediately.

Tapioca starch (sulphite), shrimp (10%), sugar, salt, garlic, MSG (E621), citric acid (E330), sodium bicarbonate (E500ii).
