You can pay securely using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
All online payments are processed by Teya, a certified payment service provider that complies with PCI DSS Level 1 and uses SSL encryption to protect your data at the highest security standards.
For every online card payment, you earn loyalty points to use for future discounts.
Loyalty points are only awarded for card payments made via the webshop. Points are automatically added after successful payment.

💡 HP24 Parcel Locker delivery is always charged (€2.90), regardless of the order total.
No. Frozen and chilled items are only available in-store (Petrinjska 9 and Pakoštanska 5, Zagreb) or via the Wolt app. Due to cold chain requirements, we do not ship these products.
Please contact us by email with your order number and photos. Claims are only accepted with a valid invoice – card slips are not accepted as proof of purchase.
We offer three delivery methods:
GLS home delivery – available across all of Croatia
Croatian Post parcel lockers – collect your order at your convenience
Within the Zagreb area, delivery is made by GLS or our company vehicle, depending on location and order type
All delivery methods are completed within 1–3 business days.
