Farmer Wide Rice Noodles 400g – noodles for Pho, wok and stir-fry
Authentic 10 mm wide rice noodles made from rice flour and water. Popular in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, perfect for Pho soups, wok dishes, stir-fry and salads. Naturally gluten-free and additive-free, they keep a firm texture after cooking and absorb sauces and seasonings exceptionally well.

Usage:
Soak in cold water for 30–40 minutes. For soups, boil briefly for 3–4 minutes. For wok dishes, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes with other ingredients.
