Nongshim Ansungtangmyun – mild Korean ramen with miso broth
A traditional Korean ramen from the Anseong region, known for mild and comforting soups. Made with fermented miso paste, it delivers a deep umami aroma without any heat – perfect for a light everyday meal.
How to prepare:
Cook the noodles for 4–5 minutes, add the seasoning mix and stir until the broth is combined.
