Thai glutinous sticky rice

Royal Thai Sticky Rice 1kg is a short-grain glutinous (sweet) rice that becomes soft and sticky when cooked. Despite the name, it contains no gluten — the term refers to texture.
Perfect for Thai desserts such as mango sticky rice (khao niao mamuang), as well as for dumplings, rice balls and savory Southeast Asian dishes.
For best results, soak before cooking.

Usage: Rinse and soak before cooking; steam or cook with minimal water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
