Lee Kum Kee Dark soy sauce for cooking
Dark soy sauce 500ml is thicker, darker and slightly sweeter than regular soy sauce. It’s used during cooking, not as a table seasoning. It adds color, shine and rich umami depth to dishes.
Best for:
- stir-fries and fried rice
- marinades for chicken, pork or tofu
- braised dishes and glazed meats
- soups and sauces needing color + depth
Use sparingly – dark soy sauce is concentrated and mainly enhances color and richness, not saltiness.
Usage: Add while cooking, in small amounts to taste.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
