Our Story – From Singapore to Zagreb

Rice Kakis was born out of a love for authentic Asian flavors. It all began with a Singaporean who has been living in Croatia since 2019. Missing the true taste of Asian food, she decided to launch the Rice Kakis webshop in 2022.

The trust of our customers quickly led to the opening of our first physical store in downtown Zagreb, at Petrinjska 9, in May 2024.

Today, Rice Kakis offers more than 500 carefully selected products: from traditional noodles and ramen flavors to premium sushi ingredients, authentic sauces, spices, and popular Asian snacks and sweets. Our experienced team is always here to help you with ideas for Asian specialties, whether you’re cooking ramen, pad thai, or sushi.
