Kobasuki Sushi Rice is specially grown to achieve the ideal stickiness and texture needed for authentic Japanese cuisine. The grains are short, glossy, and cook evenly, helping sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi hold their perfect shape.
It absorbs sushi vinegar and seasonings beautifully, creating the classic Japanese flavor profile. Besides sushi, it’s also excellent for temaki, onigiri, chirashi, or as a side for various Asian dishes. Easy to cook and consistently delivers top results at home.
Usage:
Rinse several times, cook with a 1:1.2 ratio (rice:water), then let rest covered for 10 minutes before serving.
